3. Commission Structure

Vendors pay a commission of 5-10% on confirmed bookings made through our platform. This commission is only charged upon successful confirmation of a booking.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, treat vendors respectfully, and honor confirmed bookings. False information or abusive behavior may result in account termination.

5. Vendor Verification

While we verify all vendors, Tahwar.pk is not liable for the quality of services provided. We recommend users conduct their own due diligence.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by vendor. Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds should be resolved directly with the vendor, with Tahwar.pk acting as a mediator if requested.
